Instant De-Stressers!
- Go outside
- Call/text someone you love
- Listen to calming music
- Write down what you are stressed about on a piece of paper then burn it!
- Draw some curvy lines (doesn't have to be a masterpiece)
- Take a few really slow deep breaths
- Take a steamy hot bath
- Close your eyes and imagine a beach, forest, any calming nature scene
- Make up plans on how to change that stressful situation
- Play or pet your doggy!
- Eat some hot soup and watch a funny movie
- Check out YouTube for some relaxing nature videos
- Think positive thoughts, think about what you love, think about who you love, think on a good thought and don't let it go!
