Been So Long....

Been so long since I wrote something

Today is 9/11 and for any American that date sticks out in our minds so strongly

I feel like crying

I hope that those lost do not feel anymore pain or sorrow for what happened and they have successfully moved on

I hope that those living that were effected are able to live a happy life still

I really hope huge crisises like this do NOT happen again

I hope we all realize one day that we all are the same, same humans, same hearts
And because of that similarity we should stand together not apart

All we have to not feel alone is each other

I hope we learn to work together one day and then we will see how powerful we really can be

Your Destiny

Hello!

I haven't written much in the last few days as I have been very sad about Amy Winehouse's death

As much as I hate it I always felt like it was her destiny to be great and then pass to join the other greats that have died young like Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and Kurt Cobain

They all can finally be in peace and sing together :)

Anyways I could see in her eyes and through her music that she was a tortured soul, as am I

Maybe it was destiny for her to touch the world with her music

Which got me thinking about my own destiny

How about you? Do you feel you were meant to do something?

Hopefully whatever career you have is what you feel deep down you were meant to do, if not, change that immediately!

I believe we were all meant to do something, some talent, some devotion to something that we will have success in no matter what

We must follow that little voice inside us that tells us what we need to do

Find that thing that lights a fire in your heart and never let it go


So although Amy died young, she still showed the world her talent and changed the lives of millions with her music and unique sense of style

That was a HUGE accomplishment, and for that I love her

She will forever motivate me to go for it!

I hope to motivate another.....
And show the world that you aren't alone
And that we all can achieve extraordinary things by following what our heart tells us

Love Lost

Losing someone you love like in a break up can be hard to cope with

Sometimes break ups are ok and you can deal with it because you know it's the right thing to do

But sometimes you watch that person over the course of your relationship fall out of love with you

Like a slow-motion car crash

Your gut is wrenching with anticipation of what you know will happen

That can be one of the most painful things to go through because of how slow and torturous it is!

Good news is that you're not alone if this has happened to you
And the other good news is that it isn't the end of the world

This person may have been "One in a million....." to you
But guess what, you have 999,999 more people to check out too! ha

No really! There are WAY more than just nine hundred thousand people out there
There are millions!

And guess what else, those are some pretty good odds to find another that fits you better than the last one did

So take your time and start looking for that better individual that will make you happier than you've ever been!

Depression Is Conquerable

Depression, actual depression, not just "being sad" is tough
It can consume a person and lead to their death in some cases

And it isn't really talked about all that often

but why? a lot of us have had that really dark time in our lives
this is a some what common thing here!

What is hard though is when you can't get out of it
When you really have lost all hope
Lost friends, lost family, lost everything that ever meant anything to you

People that go through that need help

I have had my own problems with depression for maybe 5 years?
It was such a dark time I can't remember time, a month could feel like years and time was just all a mess
Everything was a mess!

It is the worst place to be in
A kind of prisoner in your own mind
Your negative or numbed out thoughts control you
And they can get this unrelenting hold on your spirit
Like you are not you anymore
Like you died and were no longer there

So awful!

No one should stay stuck in that

The amazing news though is that it can be conquered
And the new outlook on life you will have after will be so much more valuable than people who have not experienced this profound hurdle

The first few steps have to be reaching out to someone, anyone, even a stranger, maybe even me!

You are worth the effort it takes to cure the depression

And it is not as hard as it may seem, I promise

Depression is not this impossible thing to overcome
Don't look at it that way, Look at it in a temporary way like "this is terrible, but it will pass"

Be your own mirror
Look at how you think
Look at how you speak to others
Look at your life

Recognize that, that life is not good for you and that it must change now

You don't have to be "diagnosed" to start trying to help yourself out
But as some advice, when you can not cure yourself, look to outside help like a doctor
Sometimes it's all just your darn hormones acting up in a weird way
But when it's all your thoughts, YOU have the power to change that and get better

Everyone deserves a happy life, everyone!
So start making the steps you need to take and just do it

Flowers For Caylee...

My heart really goes out to Caylee Anthony
Like really??
Casey goes free?
What is wrong with those jurors?!

Man oh man

No mother would go out to clubs and party for 30 days when she knew her 2 yr old daughter was missing

But no worries, a lot of people hate Casey now and karma will bite her back HARD


and hopefully Caylee is happily resting in a nice place now, away from all this worldly drama and pain
