Instant De-Stressers!

  • Go outside
  • Call/text someone you love
  • Listen to calming music
  • Write down what you are stressed about on a piece of paper then burn it!
  • Draw some curvy lines (doesn't have to be a masterpiece)
  • Take a few really slow deep breaths
  • Take a steamy hot bath
  • Close your eyes and imagine a beach, forest, any calming nature scene
  • Make up plans on how to change that stressful situation
  • Play or pet your doggy!
  • Eat some hot soup and watch a funny movie
  • Check out YouTube for some relaxing nature videos
  • Think positive thoughts, think about what you love, think about who you love, think on a good thought and don't let it go!
