Self Esteem Boost

Write a list of all the things you like about yourself
"Nice hair, pretty eyes, good sense of humor....."

They can even be small things like "I"m a tidy person"

Write what you like about your looks


Your personality


Your accomplishments


Your goals


Write everything good about all that is you!

Your self esteem will be through the roof when you realize your list is getting pretty big! haha

Keep going until you have filled the page up
Then keep this list to look at later when you're feeling down

Word Journal

Here is a great tip to keep your goals in sight and keep you in a good mood!

Take some sort of scrapbook, Just a book with a lot of blank white pages

Everyday write in it words

The words can be colorful or plain, whatever suits you

Make one page about your dreams
It could say "Fashion career, family, nice house etc etc"

Use words to describe the life you want (make them all positive)

Then everyday use your creativity to write a page with just random words on things you like or would like!

And I don't mean writing as in writing a story

I mean just one phrase each, floating around, like the dream board only with just words!

Then whenever you want you can look at these words and visualize them in your mind

Seeing what you want outside your head helps you stay focused on them!

This scrapbook can be a private little pick-me-up and reminder of your future :)
