Parents can become the number one hindrance when trying to follow your dreams
They should encourage you but sometimes we aren't so lucky
Our parents can be a big obstacle with all their negativity and close mindedness
They can say things like "You can't do that" or "All you'll ever be is..."
That isn't very nice to hear is it?
It can be very difficult to follow your dreams when all you hear is no no no
You can have all the determination but when your constantly hearing no from someone important in your life, that can really put a downer on things
But you know what?
Their opinion doesn't matter when it is something you love
Never listen to anyone that tells you "you can't" because in all reality they can't and they are trying to project that onto you
Only truly happy people encourage others to be happy too
So if you are around unhappy people, guess what, you will be too
Let them be unhappy, let them do what they want, let them say whatever they want
But you will not be the audience anymore
Let you be your biggest cheerleader and you can make your dreams come true
